TICKET AGREEMENT

Agreement made between the “Event Organiser” and the “Company” for selling tickets through Ticket Selling Website “PONDICHERRYINFO.IN” for the event “EAST COAST NEW YEAR BASH 2018”

  • PERIOD OF AGREEMENT

This agreement shall commence …………………………. (start sales date)

and conclude on 31st December 2017(end sales date).

  • SERVICE AGREEMENT

In providing the Services, “PONDICHERRYINFO.IN” acts as an agent for and on behalf of  “EVENT ORGANISER” and as such “PONDICHERRYINFO.IN” accepts no responsibility or liability, of whatsoever nature, in respect of any loss, damages and/or injury which may be incurred or suffered by any person as a result of or arising, whether directly or indirectly, from any Event and “EVENT ORGANISER” hereby irrevocably and unconditionally indemnifies Company and agrees to hold “PONDICHERRYINFO.IN” harmless against any such loss, damage or injury and any claim which may be made against “PONDICHERRYINFO.IN” by any third party, arising directly or indirectly out of the provision of the Services by “PONDICHERRYINFO.IN” in terms of these Terms and Conditions

  • Agency & Fees

The “EVENT ORGANISER” shall pay to “SIGARAM MANAGEMENT SERVCIING” a ticketing service fee of 10% (known in the industry as an commission charge) per ticket

“PONDICHERRYINFO.IN” is authorized to collect and retain the tickets face value plus a 2.5% per ticket as the Online service fee or Convenience Charges.

Online service fee or Convenience Charges are non-refundable to the customer under any conditions, even if the customer receives a refund for the face value of the ticket.

For tickets purchased through offline via hardcopy tickets “PONDICHERRYINFO.IN” is authorized to collect and retain the tickets face value plus a 2% service fee charged to the customer.

  • PAYMENT TO SELLER

As soon as possible after sale and delivery of the e-ticket, the “EVENT ORGANISER” will receive the agreed Sales Price minus the Service Fees (the “Payment”). After a notification on an invalid e-ticket, or in the event of (suspected) fraud, the Payment to EVENT ORGANISER may be suspended until more clarity about the situation exists. If, according to “PONDICHERRYINFO.IN” there is reason to do so, the Payment by “PONDICHERRYINFO.IN” may be cancelled.

Client confirms that the banking details provided are correct and that it shall advise “PONDICHERRYINFO.IN” of any change in banking details at least three “3” working days prior to the date on which a settlement to the new banking account is required to be made.

  • TICKET ALLOTMENT

“Event organizer” is responsible for accurately maintaining the number of tickets available for sale online for all events (“Ticket Allotment”), and bears full responsibility for losses incurred due to over-selling.

  • SETTLEMENT

Payment will be made by check or online transfer, payable only to the “EVENT ORGANISER” one week following the Wednesday after the event occurs.

  • REFUNDS

No refunds will be given on lost, damaged or stolen tickets.

Unless otherwise stated in the “Event” ticketing terms and conditions, available to the customer at check out, “EVENT ORGANISER” agrees to grant refunds to all customers who request them for a period of 180 days after the event’s scheduled occurrence for events that are rescheduled, or if admittance is denied due to overselling of tickets, or if the event’s talent does not perform.

In the event of a cancellation, “EVENT ORGANISER” agrees to promptly notify “PONDICHERRYINFO.IN” to prevent further sales for the canceled event. Unless otherwise stated in the “EVENT” ticketing terms and conditions, available to the customer at check out, once notified of cancellation, “PONDICHERRYINFO.IN” will automatically issue refunds to all customers who purchased tickets through “PONDICHERRYINFO.IN”.

  • TAXES

“EVENT ORGANISER” must add all applicable city, municipality, district, state taxes which apply to the admission, ticket, or right to occupy a seat at any performance covered under this agreement to the face value of its tickets, and assumes all responsibility for payment of such tax to the appropriate governmental authority.

  • PROTECTION OF CUSTOMER PRIVACY

“EVENT ORGANISER” agrees not to release or sell the profile (i.e. name, address, phone number, e-mail) of any customer obtained through “PONDICHERRYINFO.IN” to any third party for any reason.

  • PROMOTION AND MARKETING

As part of your “PONDICHERRYINFO.IN” marketing package we would like to help you promote your event as best we can.  “PONDICHERRYINFO.IN” will provide a logo for inclusion in all advertising.
